Booking Terms and Conditions
On making a firm booking, we will ask for confirmation in writing together with a deposit for one night's tariff. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
We remind you that a booking is a contractual arrangement. If you have to cancel your booking, we will try to re-let the room, if we are unable to re-let the room your deposit is relinquished and you may be liable for 30% of the total charge if you cancel within 28 days of the visit; 60% if you cancel within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.
Please advise us of any allergies or intolerances when you book so that we may accommodate your needs.
PLEASE NOTE
Children over 14 years welcome.
Dogs are welcome in the garden but not anywhere in the house. We ask that they sleep in your car or we can provide a stable for their use
We are a non-smoking house.
Arrival time between 4pm and 6pm please, unless previously agreed
.
On departure: Guests are asked to leave their rooms by 10.30am at the latest.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in our dining hall.
As well as a traditional English breakfast, we provide pure fruit juices, muesli, fresh fruit, yogurt, artisan bread and home made marmalade and preserves.
Ingredients are sourced locally where possible.
We can cater for special diets if requested in advance.
